Vera Labs (“Vera Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit veralabs.shop (the “Site”), request a quote, place an order, or contact us, and how we use, share, and protect it. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

• Order details, including products, quantities, your selected payment method, and your photo of order preference
• Payment confirmation details such as the name, username, or note on a payment you send us

• Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter

Information collected automatically: Browser and device type, pages and products viewed, searches made on the Site, time spent on the Site, and the website that referred you. Our hosting and security tools also process IP addresses to deliver the Site and prevent abuse.

Payment information: Payments are made directly through third party services such as Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Wise, and Apple Pay. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers. Those services handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

Please do not send us health or medical information. We do not request it and it is not needed to process an order.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as needed with:

• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, and site analytics providers
• Payment services you choose to use, as part of completing your payment
• Law enforcement or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or transferred

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We keep tracking to a minimum. Your cart and preferences (including your language choice) are saved in your browser so the Site works. To understand how the Site is used, we collect anonymous usage statistics on our own servers, such as pages and products viewed, searches, time on the Site, device type, and referring website. These statistics do not use cookies, are not linked to your name or your orders, and are not sold or shared with advertisers. Our Spanish translation feature is provided by GTranslate, which may process page content and set a cookie to deliver translations. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, but some features, such as the cart, may not work without them.

5. Email and Text Communications

We send transactional messages about your orders. Marketing emails are sent only if you sign up, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you contact us by text, WhatsApp, or Telegram, we will use your number only to respond and support your order. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
